Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing a ticket or participating in The Great Inflatable 5K event (the “Event”). By completing your registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ticket Purchase and Registration

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by The Great Inflatable 5K organizers.

• The event reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in The Great Inflatable 5K involves physical activity and inflatable obstacles. By registering, you acknowledge that:

• You are physically fit to participate.

• You assume all risks associated with the event including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, dehydration, and obstacles.

• You release The Great Inflatable 5K, its organizers, sponsors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event.

Age Requirements

• Participants must be 18 or older to register.

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may be required to sign a waiver.

4. 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date.

• In the event of a full cancellation without rescheduling, a refund or credit may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.

Code of Conduct

• Participants must follow staff instructions and posted safety signs.

• No aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated.

• The event reserves the right to remove any participant for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

Photography & Media

• By attending, you grant The Great Inflatable 5K permission to use photos or videos taken at the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

Medical Attention

• On-site medical assistance may be available.

• By registering, you authorize medical treatment in case of injury or illness and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Weather Policy

• The event is rain or shine.

• In cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions (e.g., lightning, flooding), the event may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Great Inflatable 5K disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the event.

Return Policy

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
